  1. To erase you MacBook hard-drive go to Disk Utility from the utilities window and click continue.
  2. Two disk will appear in it Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD – Data.
  3. Before erasing main hard drive you have to delete Macintosh HD – Data.
  4. Select Macintosh HD – Data drive and click on edit and select Delete APFS volume.
  5. Click on Delete button to confirm, all the data volumes will be deleted.
  6. Then select Macintosh HD from the sidebar.
  7. Click on Erase button, after competing enter the new name of the volume.
  8. It is shows to format the volume which is recommended.
  9. After completing format quit the disk utility.

Go to macOS utilities and select Reinstall macOS, follow the instructions which appears during installation process. Downloading and installation starts. MacBook will restart once and Welcome screen appears.
